Fridays 7:30 am- 8:15 am

Let’s get moving and kick Fridays into high gear. We’ll sweat it out together in our new gym space. 35-45 minutes of weekly bodyweight-focused movement. For beginners and experts alike. No special gear is needed, only a desire to move and STRENGTHEN OUR RECOVERY.

Comfortable shoes and clothes recommended. Those in SUD recovery, and their families, are welcome to attend.

**Gym is accessible at the back of our Springfield location.
